Modified TH rigid foam polyurethane waterproof insulation system is a kind of innovative product with waterproof and insulation property. It is independently developed by the scientific research staff of Tonghua Company, combining advanced technology at home and abroad and after years of practical experience. After being evaluated by experts appointed by Construction Ministry, this product is deemed as the lead in the country regarding to its technological level.
Modified TH rigid foam polyurethane waterproof insulation system is compounded by modified rigid foam polyurethane and compound mortar breakage-resistant protective layer. Use high-pressure foaming equipment to directly spray original foaming liquid A and B on the surface of any shape (plane, slant, non-conventional surface, etc.), then serial chemical reactions are conducted and rigid foam polyurethane is produced. After mixing compound mortar evenly in proportion, use scraping plate to directly apply them to the surface of rigid foam material, then the breakage-resistant protective layer is formed.

> Construction Techniques
1.Requirements to Base
(1)Base technical requirements should be in accordance with GB50207-94 ¡°Roofing Engineering and Technical Regulations¡±.
(2)
Base does not need isolation seam and moisture barrier.

How to choose the thickness of modified TH rigid foam polyurethane
(1)
When roofing heat conduction factor k¡Ü0.08, thickness of rigid foam polyurethane is 35mm.
(2)
When roofing heat conduction factor k¡Ü0.06, thickness of rigid foam polyurethane is 45mm.
(3)
Rigid foam waterproof layer thickness of parts not requiring insulation (such as gable wall, parapet, and structure standing out of the roofing) should not be less than 20mm.
3.Construction of modified TH rigid foam polyurethane waterproof insulation system
(1)Construction site temperature should not be lower than 15¡æ, wind should not be stronger than the 4th degree. When the wind is stronger than the 4th degree, take wind-stopping actions or stop the construction.
(2)Use high-pressure foaming machine to spray A and B to the construction surface. Spray a few times, each time the spray thickness should be around between 10 to 15mm.
(3)Use scraping plate to apply compound protective layer raw material to the modified rigid foam surface. The shape is required to be formed after three times of scraping. The protective layer thickness should be around 5mm and the thinnest part should not be less than 3mm. The interval between each scraping should be longer than 24 hours.
